Access

Front access to Lavender House is by way of 3 small steps and an upwards sloping front path with smooth,brick paved surface,another 3 steps with hand rail take you to the main front door. Lounge, dining room and cloakroom are all on a level ground floor. There is one flight of stairs to all letting rooms and rails on both sides of the staircase. All rooms have easy access bathrooms, 2 with walk in showers.

 

Sustainability

  • We actively recycle all waste.
  • We advocate and encourage the use of public transport.
  • We support the local economy and buy local produce.
  • Much of the fruit served in the dining room is grown in our own garden.
  • We use recycled stationery.
  • All appliances when being replaced are bought as energy efficient.
  • Rain run off is being stored in water butts for garden use.
  • We are replacing baths with power showers as a water conservation measure, the first bathroom is completed.

An elegant Edwardian house: built of classic honey coloured Bath stone and located in a quiet street lined with mature trees. Ample on or off street parking is available and a lock up garage can be provided if needed.

 

 

Lavender House has wonderful views across the city to the famous Royal Crescent and our aim is to offer service as wonderful as the view.
