Access

Front access to Lavender house is by way of 3 small steps and an upwards sloping front path with smooth,brick paved surface,another 3 steps with hand rail take you to the main front door. Lounge, dining room and cloakroom are all on a level ground floor. There is one flight of stairs to all letting rooms and rails on both sides of the staircase. All rooms have easy access bathrooms, 2 with walk in showers.

An elegant Edwardian house: built of classic honey coloured Bath stone and located in a quiet street lined with mature trees. Ample on or off street parking is available and a lock up garage can be provided if needed.
