Room rates are shown per room per night and include either a continental and/or full English breakfast and VAT.

2.5% charge added to all CREDIT CARD payments

3 Day mid-week stay, discount £10.00 per night
4 day mid-week stay, last night half price.

OUR CANCELLATION TERMS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
WE ASK FOR 72 HOURS NOTICE, FOLLOWING WHICH A FULL CHARGE WILL BE LEVIED UNLESS THE ROOM IS RE-LET

Our check-in time is 4pm – 8pm, however should you wish to arrive outside these hours please let us know at the time of booking and we will do our best to arrange an early check-in or luggage hold until the room is ready. Please advise us upon check in if you have any special needs so as to help us accommodate them
