OUR CANCELLATION TERMS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
WE ASK FOR 72 HOURS NOTICE, FOLLOWING WHICH A FULL CHARGE WILL BE LEVIED UNLESS THE ROOM IS RE-LET

Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday bookings (two nights) only at weekends unless personally arranged with managers.

Our check-in time is 4pm – 8pm, however should you wish to arrive outside these hours please let us know at the time of booking and we will do our best to arrange an early check-in or luggage hold until the room is ready. Please advise us, upon arrival, if you have any special needs with which we can assist.
